Elite Paralegal Services, founded and led by Shawn Siers, is a high performing full-service litigation provider offering comprehensive litigation support, workplace investigations, forensic collections, and consulting to law firms, experts, municipalities, government agencies, and insurance companies. Shawn has over 32 years of litigation and trial experience, including 62 weeks in trial supporting both plaintiff and defense teams. Shawn has managed thousands of cases including numerous high profile cases throughout the Pacific Northwest. Certified as a Woman Business Enterprise, Elite Paralegal Services delivers expert document / ESI review services, PRA redactions, and medical summaries by project or ongoing basis regionally and nationally. Through its collaboration with K2 Discovery, Elite Paralegal Services provides forensic collections to the State of Washington and Oregon under Contract #01924, as well as discovery management and trial preparation support to clients in Washington, Oregon, and California.

Forensic Collections & Workplace Investigations
Elite Paralegal Services works in collaboration with K2 Discovery for the forensic collection, review and analysis, and production of ESI for Contract No. 01924 for the States of Washington and Oregon. The EPS team conducts targeted workplace investigations under Contract #01924 for misconduct, discrimination, whistleblowing, and policy violations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Each project is managed with the highest respect for individuals while remaining unbiased and impartial.
Medical Summaries & PRA Redactions
Elite Paralegal Services provides a high-level summary for medical, employment, and insurance records to assist attorneys and government agencies with case critical analysis of details with clarity and accuracy for depositions, motions, or trial. EPS’ team of redaction and record summary specialists have extensive experience redacting government, legal, healthcare, education, and financial organization documents.

EPS provides high-level support to its clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation including trial pleadings, document and witness management, exhibit identification and organization, presentation strategy, trial monitoring, and hot seat support.
